Requirements
Must:

- Over 5 years of professional experience in Java development
- Strong proficiency in Java programming, including generics and lambda expressions
- Mastery of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
- Advanced knowledge of multi-threading and concurrent programming
- Strong analytical skills to read and work with existing source code
- Expert understanding of SQL and MySQL
- Proficiency in Redis with knowledge of its various use cases
- In-depth familiarity with AWS services
- Deep understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring WebFlux frameworks
- Skilled in implementing unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies and diverse technical stacks
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications
- Provide technical assistance to different departments, ensuring effective cross-department communication
- Efficiently debug and resolve complex issues to guarantee system reliability
- Compose, review, and uphold comprehensive technical documentation
- Conduct and enhance unit and integration testing to ensure robust software quality
- Rapidly transition into existing projects or tasks for continuity
- Stay informed about new tools, technologies, and industry best practices, adapting to changing technical landscapes
