Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Network & Systems Engineering
- Proven experience with firewalls, switches, wireless networks, VLANs, and VPNs
- Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or multi-client setting
- Strong troubleshooting abilities from diagnosis to resolution of complex technical issues
- Commitment to thorough documentation and processes
- Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
- Capability to lift and relocate standard IT equipment as required
Responsibilities
- Provide support and troubleshooting for network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
- Diagnose and resolve routing, VLAN, VPN, and network security challenges
- Address escalated issues related to networks, servers, and systems
- Assist with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and workstation environments
- Offer technical guidance and mentorship to Level 1 technicians
- Create and maintain network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and client documentation in IT Glue
- Track work accurately using ConnectWise Manage
- Participate in scheduled after-hours on-call rotations
- Conduct onsite visits within the Phoenix metro area as required, with prior planning

This role is hands-on, suited for those with strong networking expertise, particularly in an MSP context.
