Responsibilities

In this role, I will expect you to: - Serve as an essential member of our IT support team, attending to new service tickets and assisting clients with IT challenges or requests primarily from our office through our RMM tool, ConnectWise Automate, while occasionally traveling onsite when necessary—valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. - Conduct technical assessments through client interactions. - Help assess the impact and severity of issues and decide on the best steps to take. - Prepare and configure new equipment for deployment. - Continuously engage in training to enhance your skills. - Work with cutting-edge security solutions for antivirus, email filtering, web content filtering, encryption, and mobile device management. - Collaborate with the team to pinpoint persistent issues and formulate long-term solutions. - Provide technical consulting to fellow team members and collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction. - Prioritize documenting your work meticulously while crafting scripts and processes to prevent repetitive problem-solving. - Develop Standard Operating Procedures and maintain current client network documentation within our system, IT Glue. - Stay proactive; lighter workload days can be compensated by training and initiating improvements in company protocols and documentation. - Participate in on-call duties as per Snap Tech's after-hours schedule on a rotating basis.
