Requirements
Must:

- A college diploma or university degree in computer science, information sciences, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Desired certifications: Microsoft MCSA, MCSE, or MCITP; CCNA.
- Annual renewal/updating of technical certifications as available.
- Comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, particularly Lenovo and HP.
- Proficient in desktop and server operating systems, including all Microsoft solutions.
- Extensive application support experience with ConnectWise, Automate, or similar PSA and RMM tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver Service Level Agreements and service department deliverables.
- Strong understanding of organizational goals and objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, especially in listening and questioning with intent.
- Strong documentation abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment, especially concerning cybersecurity.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Physical capability to lift and transport moderately heavy objects, including computers and servers.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor level 1 staff.
- Learn and recommend enhancements to various management systems and processes.
- Participate in ongoing training for systems administration, automation, and cybersecurity.
- Address escalated issues and ensure their resolution.
- Troubleshoot Firewall, Switch, and Wireless issues.
- Resolve problems related to Windows Server and Office 365.
- Handle escalated issues for Windows or Mac workstations.
- Maintain accurate records of time spent on client tickets with detailed notes using our ticketing system.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures, network diagrams, and ensure the current documentation is up to date.
- Primarily work from the office while also traveling onsite within the Phoenix metro area as required.
- Strive for the smooth operation of the network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Perform on-call duties in accordance with our after-hours policy.
