Requirements

Must:
- 0–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, service desk, or technical assistance (including internships, personal projects, and home labs) - Exceptional customer service or client-facing experience - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Detail-oriented mindset with effective documentation practices - A growth-oriented attitude and eagerness to establish a lasting career in IT - Preferred: CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications - Preferred: Microsoft certifications

Responsibilities

- Deliver remote technical support to business clients in a B2B setting - Troubleshoot various technical issues related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, emails, printers, and basic networking - Manage and resolve client tickets using our ticketing system - Utilize RMM tools (ConnectWise Automate) for monitoring and remote assistance - Conduct technical triage and assess issue severity and impact - Meticulously document all work performed - Stage, image, and deploy desktops and laptops - Support user onboarding and offboarding processes - Assist with cybersecurity tools, including antivirus, email filtering, web filtering, encryption, and MDM - Maintain client documentation accessible in IT Glue - Engage in continuous technical training - Occasionally travel onsite (valid drivers license required) - Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
