Requirements
Must:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Computer Science is preferred.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in configuring and supporting Workday Core HCM is required.
- Direct experience working for an employer using the Workday system is essential, and not as a consultant.
- Experience in developing reports and dashboards is mandatory.
- Workday Certification is preferred.
- Advanced technical knowledge of Workday HCM is required.
- Proficiency in Workday Reporting and Analytics, including the ability to build calculated fields.
Responsibilities
- I will collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, configure, test, and deploy business processes, new functionalities, and updates across all HR modules.
- I will support and maintain configurations while troubleshooting to resolve system issues and will communicate with functional leads regarding critical impacts.
- I will build and manage integrations between Workday and benefit carriers.
- Regular audits will be conducted by me to ensure system integrity and data accuracy/security.
- Providing technical support and guidance to HR team members and other users will be a key part of my role.
- I will partner with HR team members on configuring, testing, and launching annual events in Workday, including Open Enrollment, Performance Management, and the Merit Cycle.
- I will develop advanced reports and dashboards for HR team members and the Chief HR Officer.
- In collaboration with functional leads, I will continuously review HR business processes within Workday to identify opportunities for increased efficiency.
- I will develop and maintain user guides and documentation for configurations, business processes, and testing protocols.
- Managing the Workday HCM updates and changes tracker will be my responsibility, along with regularly updating functional leads and the Chief HR Officer on statuses and actions taken.
