Requirements
Must:
- Expert-level Python experience (10+ years)

- AI/ML engineering proficiency (4+ years)
- Experienced in LLM integration (OpenAI APIs)
- Knowledgeable about RAG systems (vector databases and retrieval pipelines)
- Expertise in document AI (PDF/DOCX extraction, classification)
- Proficient in voice/audio AI (speech-to-text, real-time audio streaming)
- Strong skills in prompt engineering for complex tasks
- Hands-on experience deploying AI systems to production
- Familiar with Windows Server, SQL Server, and optimizing T-SQL
- Proficient in Docker management and CI/CD pipeline maintenance
- Customer-oriented and proactive work approach
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and exploring new solutions
- Effective direct communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Desirable skills include C#/ASP.NET, Linux administration, centralized logging experience, and legal domain knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered classification and summarization tools for legal documents
- Create real-time conversational AI agents for legal intake processes
- Develop RAG systems with vector search capabilities
- Construct and maintain production services using FastAPI microservices
- Manage infrastructure including CI/CD pipelines and Docker deployments
- Collaborate with the CEO, CTO, domain experts, and QA team to solve problems and iterate on solutions
- Ensure quality and usability of code by working closely with QA for verification and support
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a hands-on manner
- Communicate technical concepts effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Explore innovative tools and methodologies to improve system functionality
- Participate actively in the full lifecycle of project development from architecture to deployment.
