Requirements
Must:
- 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Proficient in ITSM, Integration, Custom applications, and Service portal
- Strong technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform including JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and XML
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM processes
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD is a plus
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD are preferred
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and implement custom applications and features on the ServiceNow platform
- Modify and configure core applications, user interfaces, workflows, and business rules to meet business needs
- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services
- Develop automated solutions and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and execute platform upgrades and patching
- Write and execute test cases, and deploy solutions across various environments
- Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
