Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in SQL and Python
- Strong grasp of data modeling concepts and metadata
- Familiarity with data quality and data architecture principles
- Experience with data modeling tools such as Power Designer is advantageous
- Capable of conducting data analysis, profiling, and validation
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to interpret and transform business requirements into effective data models
- Design, construct, and oversee logical and physical data models along with data dictionaries and catalogs
- Enforce and champion data governance policies, ensuring documentation of data lineage
- Address and resolve data integrity challenges
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business leaders to provide data-driven insights
- Coordinate the integration of data models into source code repositories and oversee change requests
- Carry out data analysis, profiling, and validation to assure data quality and address business needs
