Requirements
Must:
- Expertise in routers, switches, and servers, as well as tools such as Cisco and Mikrotik
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
- In-depth understanding of security protocols
- Bachelors degree in IT or networking
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Industry certifications like CCNA are preferred
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain corporate networks and servers
- Monitor network performance to ensure availability and optimal utilization
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Manage user accounts and permissions, and implement security measures such as firewalls
- Perform regular data backups and engage in disaster recovery planning
- Recommend network upgrades and maintain documentation of configurations
- Provide training to users and assist in resolving end-user issues
- Define and enforce network policies as necessary
