Requirements
Must:
- 1-2 years of experience in network technician or NOC positions
- CCNA certification is preferred
- Proficient in Cisco IOS
- Understanding of VLANs/STP and IP subnetting
- Experience with Visio for device configurations and diagrams
Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in generating configurations and documentation for network infrastructure
- Create device configurations for routers, switches, and firewalls using standardized templates
- Update network diagrams in Visio for topologies and rack elevations
- Support project cutovers by testing connectivity and managing IPAM records
- Collaborate with project managers on timelines and integration efforts
- Maintain NMS tools for asset tracking
- Participate in maintenance windows for deployments
