Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Lead Developer, with a strong focus on the MERN stack
- At least 10 years of experience in React, TypeScript, and MongoDB
- Proven track record in guiding development teams and overseeing large-scale projects
- Bachelors degree in engineering is required
- 5-7 years of relevant experience is necessary
- A robust understanding of computer science principles, particularly in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Proficient in troubleshooting and unit testing for both new and legacy systems
- Experience in programming with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Enhance and optimize various complex software implementation projects
- Collect and evaluate system requirements, document specifications, and create software solutions to address client needs and data
- Analyze enhancement requests and specifications, providing actionable feedback
- Implement and tailor system software to meet client specifications
- Prepare comprehensive software specifications and testing plans
- Develop new programs according to client requirements and create test data for evaluation
- Revise existing programs to align with new standards and conduct unit testing on developed software
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure software integrity
- Perform post-implementation validation of software and address any bugs identified during testing
