Labview Test Engineer

- Analyze intricate problems that require in-depth understanding and are non-routine - Ensure execution of assigned tasks per the manufacturing action plan, including conducting audits, failure analysis, and developing improvement strategies - Work collaboratively with IT personnel to guarantee test software and data systems function properly along with required data upkeep - Communicate challenges to the R&D division and prepare forms and revisions for documentation updates - Support analysis and ongoing enhancement of production test yield, identify root causes, and suggest effective solutions - Assist in the technology transfer of testing processes throughout the global supply chain - Define testing requirements and design test procedures for new products as part of the new product introduction initiative - Execute new testing processes and tools as per assigned action plans - Proactively anticipate and resolve issues utilizing strong troubleshooting abilities - Apply electronics training to analyze electrical schematics - Be mechanically inclined and capable of using standard tools for disassembling and reassembling test equipment
