Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, insurance, risk management, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline required.
- A minimum of 3β5 years of experience in product management focused on P&C lines relevant to our offerings.
- Insurance-related designations (CPCU, etc.) are advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities, enabling effective interdepartmental work.
- Thorough understanding of the product development lifecycle, with hands-on experience from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; basic proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL or other data tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines within a fast-paced setting.
- Quick learner of new systems and applications; familiarity with the development or updating of policy forms is preferred.
- Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong aptitude for problem-solving and process enhancement.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and oversight of product offerings to ensure they meet company objectives and customer expectations.
- Help establish and maintain project timelines, working collaboratively across teams to keep initiatives progressing.
- Contribute to the creation and upkeep of policy forms for new or revised products, utilizing ISO, competitor, or proprietary materials with guidance from senior staff as needed.
- Aid in conveying and reinforcing the product vision internally.
- Translate product strategies and concepts into precise requirements that ensure accuracy, completeness, and speed to market.
- Identify and report product gaps or improvement opportunities that enhance customer experiences and support business expansion.
- Coordinate product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and leadership.
- Monitor product performance and competitiveness, including rate positioning and customer feedback.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in active and targeted states.
- Investigate new product opportunities and compile findings for senior leadership review.
- Work closely with other departments and support broader product initiatives as assigned.
- Perform additional related duties as required.
