Requirements
Must:
- CRM experience, primarily with Salesforce.
- Expert-level understanding of GHG Protocol and ability to advise clients on carbon accounting data collection.
- Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce product suite, particularly Net Zero Cloud, and ideally including Sales, Service, and/or Experience Clouds.
- Understanding of systems architecture and capacity to design scalable, performance-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices.
- Knowledge of data sharing and visibility considerations in platform architecture.
- Understanding of platform authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
- Experience with data integration tools and integrating Salesforce with various business systems (ETL, AppExchange managed packages, CRMA, etc.).
- Knowledge of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies (DevOps).
- Experience with platform security capabilities.
- Background in the design/development of large web-based or client-server systems or full exposure to the software product lifecycle.
- Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design and database design.
- Active Salesforce certifications such as Net Zero Cloud Accredited Professional.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables while managing expectations.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that effectively utilize the Salesforce platform within clients' architectures.
- Lead technical design sessions, architecting and documenting solutions aligned with client business objectives while identifying gaps between current and desired states.
- Provide oversight and governance on Salesforce projects.
- Help define and follow coding standards; lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and adherence to design patterns.
- Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations.
- Set and manage client expectations effectively.
