Requirements
Must:
- Experience in Identity and Access Management, Security, and segregation of duties.
- Working knowledge of role-based access control, attribute-based access control, workflow design, and IT general controls and identity lifecycle management.
- Exposure to, or interest in, Identity Management solutions in mainstream IDM products.
- Understanding of Single Sign-On, Access management, Identity Federation, Multi-factor authentication, Risk/context-based authentication, and On-time provisioning/de-provisioning with IDM tools.
- Working experience in workflow design and development, role-based access management, and creating password policies.
- Experience deploying privileged access management components, including credential vault and privileged session management.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft Identity Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft identity technologies, including Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and related tools.
- Experience with B2B and B2C identity management, SSO integrations, and Hybrid AD domain services.
- Familiarity with industry competitor solutions and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to capture Identity and Authentication needs in order to design and deliver high-quality Identity solutions.
- Design and implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Develop and maintain identity architectures, ensuring they meet security and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on identity management best practices.
- Conduct identity assessments and develop strategies for identity lifecycle management.
- Demonstrate mastery of IAM business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, and related standards.
- Analyze complex business and technology risks, internal controls that mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement.
- Design and deploy role-based access control programs and projects.
- Engage in workflow design and development.
