Must:
We seek candidates with strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You should possess knowledge and experience in information technology, along with project management experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive in conducting research and keeping up to date with industry trends. Proficiency in Windows and/or MacOS administration, as well as in Google Workspaces and/or Microsoft Office 365, is required.
Responsibilities
As a Technology Specialist, I expect you to deliver exceptional technical support to our clients. Your day-to-day duties will include responding to requests via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions. You will follow established protocols to troubleshoot technical problems and fulfill maintenance requests efficiently. Additionally, you will engage in troubleshooting complex technology issues and collaborate with senior team members for resolutions. Providing thorough communication to our customers is vital to ensure they not only have their issues resolved but also understand how those solutions were achieved. You will also be responsible for training clients and offering advice to help them maximize their use of technology.
