Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a product designer specializing in consumer-oriented digital products
- Impressive portfolio showcasing comprehensive product design work, including intricate flows and systems
- Experience in mobile and web design; familiarity with OTT/TV platforms is a significant advantage
- Exceptional visual, interaction, and systems design capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, and design systems
- Strong grasp of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles
- Demonstrated ability to engage collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively with non-design stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a practical approach to execution
- Enthusiasm for sports, media, or entertainment products is beneficial (tennis aficionados receive extra consideration)
Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive product experiences across OTT, mobile, and web—from initial concepts to polished execution
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify problems, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality results
- Contribute to and advance the Tennis Channel design system, patterns, and accessibility standards
- Refine the brands appearance and feel throughout the digital landscape
- Clearly present work to cross-functional partners and leadership, articulating design rationale and trade-offs
- Engage in critiques and feedback loops, providing and receiving constructive, actionable feedback
- Conduct or assist with research to incorporate insights, testing, and validation into the design workflow
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while upholding a high standard of craftsmanship and usability
- Exemplify effective design processes and collaboration practices within the team
