Requirements
Must:

- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and consumer data
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to mentor and coach team members

- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure user observability
- Analyze data to drive revenue and user engagement initiatives
- Lead data validation efforts and ensure accuracy of collected data
- Extract and interpret data to identify patterns and provide actionable insights
- Mentor data analysts and promote best practices in data reporting
- Develop and implement data tasks for yourself and team members
- Communicate analysis objectives and results to leadership clearly
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance data analysis processes
- Conduct workshops and share knowledge on research methodologies
- Manage potential project risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders
