Requirements

Must:
- Over 5 years of experience as a product designer focused on consumer-oriented digital products - Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design capabilities, including intricate workflows and systems - Experience in designing for mobile and web platforms; experience with OTT/TV is highly valued - Exceptional visual, interaction, and systems design abilities with great attention to detail - Proficiency in Figma, including the use of components, libraries, and design systems - Solid grasp of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles - Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with non-design stakeholders - Strategic thinker who remains detail-oriented in execution - Passion for sports, media, or entertainment is a bonus (tennis enthusiasts are especially encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities

- Design comprehensive product experiences across OTT, mobile, and web platforms—from initial concepts to high-fidelity execution - Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to identify challenges, explore solutions, and deliver high-quality results - Contribute to and enhance the Tennis Channel design system, patterns, and accessibility standards - Develop and refine the brands look and feel throughout the digital landscape - Clearly present design work to cross-functional teams and leadership, explaining design rationale and trade-offs - Engage in critique sessions, offering and receiving thoughtful, actionable feedback - Conduct or collaborate on research to integrate insights, testing, and validation into the design approach - Manage multiple projects and priorities while upholding the highest design quality and usability standards - Exemplify strong design processes and collaborative practices within the team

This role sits at the junction of product strategy, craftsmanship, and implementation.
