Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-week summer internship
- Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at the Hunt Valley office
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Data team on data analysis, governance, and quality tasks
- Gain insights into the essential elements of data governance, data quality, and Master Data Management/Reference Data Management (MDM/RDM)
- Engage with various business areas to support data analysis initiatives
- Complete an individual capstone project for presentation at the end of the internship
- Effectively manage your time to adhere to deadlines
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned
