Requirements
Must:
- 2–5 years of practical software development experience following undergraduate studies.
- Strong programming expertise in Python with experience in crafting production-level machine learning applications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of agentic architectures, large language models, and orchestration frameworks such as Rasa or LangChain, LangGraph.
- Proven experience with OpenAI, Claude, and LLaMA models.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous agents utilizing large language models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA, Claude) and orchestrate them with tools like Rasa and custom workflows.
- Create and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for context-driven task management.
- Collaborate with product management, data, and machine learning engineering teams to convert business needs into intelligent, agent-driven workflows.
- Integrate various data sources (both structured and unstructured) into AI pipelines for improved contextual reasoning and decision-making.
- Develop tools for real-time inference, reasoning, and monitoring of agents in production settings.
- Perform performance evaluations, A/B testing, and ongoing enhancements of deployed agent systems.
- Write clean, well-documented Python code that is production-ready and participate in code reviews and architectural design discussions.
- Clearly communicate intricate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
