Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of eight years of experience in software requirements analysis, design, coding, integration, and testing.
- Demonstrated ability to report program status and risks to program leadership.
- Proven background in developing or collaborating on new software requirements, including crafting Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Deliverable Requirements Lists, and Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCEs).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and/or DevSecOps practices.
- Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence tools.
Responsibilities
- Engage in technical discussions with external program offices to enhance solution interoperability.
- Offer insights for software improvements to boost performance, sustainability, architecture, and interoperability.
- Identify and recommend strategies to address software obsolescence.
- Gather feedback from customers to comprehend mission goals and formulate development requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps teams to ensure technical and deployment solutions meet user needs.
- Supervise technical software design and code evaluations.
- Set standards for coding and test coverage.
- Facilitate the application of automated software testing strategies.
- Partner with Cyber Security subject matter experts to conduct evaluations and create plans to address software vulnerabilities.
- Develop software cost projections, program timelines, and risk alleviation strategies.
