Requirements
Must:
- At least 2 years of relevant software/systems testing experience or appropriate education
- Experience in developing and executing automation scripts or code
- Proficiency in utilizing Linux systems
- Strong analytical skills to identify, document, and assist in resolving complex software problems
- Experience connecting requirements to test cases and handling test documentation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable delivering presentations to clients
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage various tasks with minimal oversight
Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and sustain automated test scripts and frameworks
- Develop comprehensive test plans, descriptions, and cases directly aligned to contractual requirements
- Perform both manual and automated testing, including static, dynamic, integration, and system testing
- Conduct requirements traceability using tools such as DOORS
- Identify, document, and monitor software bugs while working with developers for swift resolution
- Review colleagues’ test documentation and offer constructive input
- Engage in Agile Sprint meetings and participate in Configuration Control Board (CCB) sessions
- Communicate directly and professionally with government clients on a daily basis
- Occasionally present technical test documentation to stakeholders
