Requirements
Must:
- Deep knowledge of computer security, military system specifications, and DoD cybersecurity guidelines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven holder of one or more DoD 8570.01-M CSSP Auditor certifications such as CEH, CySA+, CISA, GSNA, CFR, or PenTest+
- Current Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification
- Holder of one or more additional certifications such as Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), Offensive Security Exploitation Expert (OSEE), or Offensive Security Wireless Professional (OSWP)
Responsibilities
- Design, adapt, and implement offensive security tools like Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike
- Simulate threat actor behaviors using TTPs that align with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
- Carry out assessments across a range of operating systems including Linux, Windows, and macOS
- Engage in exploit development to discover zero-day or previously unidentified vulnerabilities
- Evaluate and address deficiencies in offensive tools and development methodologies
- Conduct development tasks using at least two programming or scripting languages (Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#, etc.) to support exploit development

As a Red Team Penetration Tester IV, you will have the vital role of leading and executing sophisticated penetration testing activities and carrying out offensive cybersecurity operations for U.S. Government and DoD systems. Collaborating closely with Blue Team and Cybersecurity experts, you will significantly strengthen our overall cyber defense strategies. This position is conditional upon the award of a contract, which we anticipate in October 2026.
