Requirements
Must:
- Extensive knowledge of computer security, military system specifications, and DoD cybersecurity policies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Possession of one or more of the following DoD 8570.01-M CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications:
- CEH
- CySA+
- GICSP
- SSCP
- CHFI
- CFR
- Cloud+
- CND
- Holding Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification
- Possession of one or more of the following certifications:
- GIAC Exploit Researcher and Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN)
- Offensive Security Exploit Developer (OSED)
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and utilize offensive security tools such as Metasploit, NMAP, Kali Linux, and Cobalt Strike
- Simulate threat actor behavior using TTPs following frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
- Conduct security assessments on various operating systems including Linux, Windows, and macOS
- Develop exploits and identify zero-day or previously unrecognized vulnerabilities
- Evaluate, detect, and address deficiencies in offensive tools and development methods
- Program using at least two scripting or programming languages (Python, C++, Java, Rust, Assembly, C#, etc.) to assist in exploit creation

This critical role involves the design, development, and deployment of offensive cybersecurity tools to support our Red Team and penetration testing initiatives. Our collaborative environment fosters teamwork with Blue Team and cybersecurity experts to strengthen our overall cyber defense. Our positions availability is contingent upon contract award anticipated in December 2025.
