Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in supporting multiple projects within a security-focused environment.
- Background in logistics and inventory management.
- Familiarity with security protocols within a SCIF zone and data classification and migration policies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity-related policies and procedures, as well as the ability to address team concerns.
- Competence in Microsoft Office and relevant online tools.
- Strong resourcefulness, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in inventory, communication, and secure facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the government project team, stakeholders, and sponsors to facilitate project continuity.
- Manage daily administrative, logistical, and security-related tasks to support the project teams efforts.
- Address concerns with Dahlgren and Sponsor stakeholders regarding SCIF visitor management, logs, and audits.
- Oversee shipping coordination for transferring equipment and tracking sensitive data inventory.
- Coordinate interactions with visitors and facilities, including foreign guests.
- Respond to assigned data requests and audits as necessary.
- Maintain appointment letters for data migration and transfers following local policies.
Description
At SimVentions, we are searching for an experienced Project Analyst to join our dedicated team supporting a government project. This role involves direct support to a classified project team, focusing on administrative, logistical, and security tasks within a SCIF environment. Local travel for meetings is infrequent unless specifically required for addressing Sponsor concerns.
