Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Modeling and Simulation (M&S), especially in defense engineering or programmatic support
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Competence in using the MS Office suite
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on detail
- Energetic, thoughtful, and dependable individual with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a forward-thinking mindset
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with programmatic and technical specialists within the program office, focusing on a variety of M&S assets such as digital system representations and combat system digital test beds
- Create and sustain an M&S strategy and roadmap
- Track and manage M&S resources and maintain an M&S catalog
- Coordinate and document the Verification, Validation, and Accreditation processes for M&S assets
- Oversee, monitor, and publish action items derived from M&S Integrated Product Team activities
- Engage in external M&S activities related to combat systems and ship platforms, participating throughout various stages of testing and analysis
- Contribute to the digital engineering efforts of the program office
- Provide a monthly report summarizing M&S activities and arising issues to the program office
