IT Helpdesk Support Specialist

- Manage the helpdesk ticket queue daily, including creating, routing, and resolving tickets promptly - Respond to inquiries through phone or self-service ticketing related to computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems - Diagnose configuration issues, software installations, and hardware repairs to facilitate daily operations - Test new hardware and software solutions before they are deployed - Coordinate and troubleshoot technical, scheduling, and delivery issues related to asset tracking and life-cycle management - Track and manage all issued, reclaimed, removed, and relocated IT assets - Produce instructional documentation and videos to guide end-users in using specific hardware and software effectively - Provide technical A/V support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual meetings - Resolve A/V equipment issues, including projectors, displays, and audio systems - Assist in setting up, configuring, and troubleshooting video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams - Create and maintain documentation for A/V equipment, configurations, and troubleshooting guidelines - Offer training and support to end-users on A/V equipment and video conferencing tools - Notify management of recurring issues and suggest solutions - Deliver exceptional customer service across various organizational levels - Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned
