Requirements
Must:
- Profound knowledge of computer security, military system requirements, and DoD cybersecurity regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective presentations
- Must hold one of the following DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level III baseline certifications:
- CASP+ CE
- CCNP Security
- CISA
- CISSP (Associate)
- CISSP
- GCED
- GCIH
- CCSP
Responsibilities
- Create Assessment and Authorization (A&A) packages for diverse systems
- Develop and oversee security documentation including:
- Authorization Boundary Diagram
- System Hardware/Software/Information Flow
- System Security Plan
- Privacy Impact Assessment
- e-Authentication
- Implementation Plan
- System Level Continuous Monitoring Plan
- Ports, Protocols, and Services Registration
- Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
- Conduct annual FISMA evaluations
- Implement Continuous Monitoring for Authorized Systems
- Produce and revise testing plans; assess system components utilizing the Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) tool, execute Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), and carry out Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) reviews
- Perform automated ACAS scanning, STIG, SCAP checks on various standalone and networked systems
- Evaluate cybersecurity test scan outcomes and assist in documenting findings in the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M)
- Review DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide test results and aid in documenting findings in the Plan of Action and Milestones
