Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional setting
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration as well as implementation
- Familiar with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Experienced with Microsoft Entra ID
- Knowledgeable in IP Networking, VPN, DHCP, and Wi-Fi
- Proven track record in documenting solutions and updating knowledge bases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service
- Experience with Linux, MacOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android operating systems is advantageous
- Familiarity with firewall configurations and VPN setups across various platforms is desirable
- Ability to work autonomously and tackle challenges independently
- Team player who recognizes when to seek help from peers
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs to manage and relocate equipment such as computers and servers
- Ability to discern primary colors for cabling issues and system diagnosis
- Competence in understanding callers during calls with poor audio quality
- Recommended certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or MC:ITP (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for a wide range of issues, including end-user support, networking, and cloud environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues spanning from the public internet to IoT devices
- Efficiently prioritize support tickets, ensuring clients concerns are recognized promptly
- Ensure system performance and security for seamless business operations
- Document internal procedures, create user guides, and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with IT team members to enhance service delivery and user experience
- Stay continuously informed about evolving technology trends and best practices in technical support
- Adapt and learn in light of an ever-changing technological landscape
