Requirements

Must:
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics F&O (Finance & Operations), including customization and integration within complex enterprise environments. - Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Azure and AWS for scalable infrastructure deployment. - Proficiency in NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra for managing large-scale unstructured data typical in mining operations. - Deep understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices design patterns, RESTful API development, and web services protocols (SOAP/WCF). - Expertise in front-end development frameworks including Angular, React.js, Ember.js, Backbone.js along with HTML5/CSS3 for responsive web applications. - Familiarity with enterprise middleware such as Weblogic, WebSphere, and JBoss for deploying scalable applications. - Strong background in software development tools like Visual Studio, Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines; version control systems such as Git or SVN; containerization using Docker; orchestration via Kubernetes. - Experience working within Agile methodologies to deliver iterative solutions efficiently while managing requirements gathering and release management processes. - Knowledge of database management systems including SQL Server (Microsoft SQL Server), Oracle PL/SQL databases; experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL is a plus. - Ability to design system architectures that incorporate identity & access management protocols ensuring security compliance across all platforms used in mining environments.

Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and design of Microsoft Dynamics F&O solutions tailored for mining operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, translating them into scalable system architectures utilizing UML diagrams and best practices. - Develop comprehensive solution architecture documents incorporating cloud architecture principles, microservices patterns, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). - Integrate Dynamics F&O with various enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and other NoSQL databases to ensure seamless data flow and consistency. - Implement and oversee DevOps practices including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), using tools like Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps. - Design and develop RESTful APIs and web services using technologies such as WCF and ASP.NET, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange. - Utilize front-end frameworks including Angular, React, Ember.js, Backbone.js, Bootstrap, and Kendo UI to create intuitive user interfaces for mining management dashboards. - Ensure compliance with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies while maintaining high standards in system design patterns and software architecture. - Conduct performance tuning and scalability assessments for cloud-based solutions hosted on platforms like AWS or Azure. - Provide technical leadership in solution architecture discussions related to Weblogic, WebSphere, JBoss application servers, and other middleware environments used in mining applications.
