Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner and Scrum Master
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly with AWS services
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into epics and user stories
- Expertise in managing product backlogs and release plans
- Experience in identifying and resolving impediments in Agile environments
- Proficiency in tracking delivery metrics and producing progress reports
- Familiarity with automation and AI-driven development practices
- Strong collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Oversee and consistently improve the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Convert business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Act as the Scrum Master by coordinating all Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Actively identify, elevate, and eliminate obstacles hindering team performance in achieving sprint and release goals
- Develop and manage product delivery schedules, tracking progress and conveying updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to enhance the enterprise integration platform using AWS
- Foster continuous improvement in delivery processes, measuring sprint health metrics
- Coordinate effectively among product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders for seamless dependency management
- Advocate for the integration of automation and AI-enhanced delivery methods to boost efficiency
- Regularly assess and report on product progress and overall release quality
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, remaining engaged in daily delivery tasks
