Requirements

Must:
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) implementation and configuration - Strong understanding of system architecture and solution design principles - Experience in IT service management frameworks, particularly ITIL - Ability to design and manage a comprehensive Configuration Management Database (CMDB) strategy - Familiarity with data governance, reconciliation practices, and software license compliance management - Skills in configuring and optimizing ServiceNow modules, including workflows and automation - Proficient in data migration, cleansing, and CMDB population techniques - Ability to create dashboards and KPIs for asset visibility and compliance monitoring - Strong communication skills for supporting user acceptance testing and change management initiatives - Background in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methodologies may be beneficial

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow ITAM and SAM implementations and configurations - Design and execute a robust CMDB strategy, focusing on governance and lifecycle management - Maintain data integrity across IT assets through standardized data management practices - Oversee software license compliance, conducting periodic audits and true-up analyses - Optimize and configure ServiceNow ITAM/SAM modules, implementing effective workflows and automation - Facilitate discovery, service mapping, and integration with ITSM processes - Define and document ITAM procedures in accordance with ITIL and industry best practices - Lead efforts related to data migration, cleansing, and populating the CMDB - Create insightful dashboards and reports for asset visibility and compliance tracking - Provide support for user acceptance testing, change management, and ongoing platform improvements
