Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in performance analysis for capacity planning and resource utilization.
- Proven ability to plan, test, document, and implement system maintenance activities across hardware and software environments.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring technical team members.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams and contributing subject matter expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in VMware and Kubernetes are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage VMware Tanzu environments.
- Oversee the deployment, scaling, and management of Kubernetes clusters.
- Containerize existing applications and ensure seamless integration into Kubernetes environments.
- Monitor system performance and implement enhancements for efficiency and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tanzu and Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to support application deployment and integration.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Utilize vRA Pipelines and NSX AVI load balancers effectively.
- Employ scripting languages such as PowerShell, YAML, Python, and Ansible.
- Work with Datadog Monitoring, Flux, and Helmcharts.
- Leverage Tanzu Mission Control (TMC) and VCF in operations.
- Understand and apply concepts of SDLC and application architecture.
