Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science or a related discipline, or over 10 years of IT experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship is not offered.
Responsibilities
- Direct the design of capabilities and strategic planning to assess solution alternatives and develop new enterprise capabilities.
- Work alongside business partners to grasp existing processes, analyze comprehensive workflows, document and prioritize business needs, and oversee the development and implementation of ServiceNow enhancements and new IRM functionalities.
- Collaborate with both business and technical teams to remain informed about ServiceNow product updates, ensuring new features are understood and effectively utilized to enhance enterprise value.
- Guarantee that all solutions are meticulously designed from beginning to end, focusing on out-of-the-box functionality, process refinement, automation, and AI-driven enhancements.
- Spearhead the development of metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to propel transformation, boost adoption, and refine enterprise services.
