Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and Administration
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
- ITIL v3 or ITIL v4 certification
- Strong expertise in system administration and JavaScript
- Ability to troubleshoot intricate technical problems
- Experience with performance issue diagnostics
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow Platform Administration
- 3+ years of experience with Application Management, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Knowledge, and Service Catalog
- Current ServiceNow System Administrator certification required
- Priority consideration for candidates with current ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for SPM or APM certification
Responsibilities
- Configure and develop on the ServiceNow platform, including implementing routine changes or adjustments as requested
- Provision, install, configure, operate, and maintain the ServiceNow platform
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly system monitoring to verify the integrity and availability of ServiceNow applications
- Work closely with Platform and Delivery teams to execute ServiceNow upgrades and patches
- Coordinate system updates across various instances, ensuring the latest patches and configuration modifications are applied
- Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and perform operational administrative tasks as needed
- Collaborate effectively with team members to carry out code reviews, discuss ongoing projects, and mentor junior administrators/developers
- Oversee administration for both Production and non-production instances
- Partner with Production Support and ServiceNow Operation teams to monitor support cases
- Document administrative processes and troubleshoot issue resolutions
- Collaborate with business line stakeholders to establish clear requirements
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and other Agile ceremonies
- Carry out daily administration, issue resolution, and troubleshooting across all instances of the ServiceNow platform for reported problems
