Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead
- Proficient in ITIL Process Definition and Integration Solutions
- Ability to comprehend customer business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Responsible for assessing requirements for precise estimation
- Experienced in overseeing multiple implementation projects in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and integrations with a complete ServiceNow implementation lifecycle
- Lead ITOM implementations, including management of Discovery schedules and MID Server troubleshooting
- Design integrations with retry logic, security measures, and API governance
- Ensure the integrity of CMDB through governance, audits, and automatic corrections
- Collaborate with application stakeholders to create service maps and dependency models
- Skilled in ServiceNow deployments, ITSM migrations, consolidations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party tools
- Conduct proactive analysis to identify and resolve application issues
- Mentor team members and impart technical knowledge
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ability to discern correlations and impacts with customer needs and ITIL standards
- Must hold certifications in ServiceNow Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 Foundation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Responsibilities
- Grasp the architecture solution for the maintenance or implementation of the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with the architect and clients to gather technical requirements, document them, and establish baselines
- Develop a design that aligns with intended architecture and technical specifications
- Lead a diverse team of ServiceNow developers, web designers, integration SMEs, and QA analysts to create and deliver applications fulfilling customer needs
- Engage in Sprint activities (if practicing Agile) with customers and team members:
- Formulate User stories based on requirements
- Estimate effort and collaborate with the product sponsor to prioritize user stories
- Conduct sprint planning sessions
- Assign sprint tasks to team members
- Advise on best practices and offer technical solutions or workarounds for challenges
- Track and report the status of sprint user stories to the Project Manager
- Identify and manage project risks and obstacles
- Ensure product deployment quality adheres to the design
- Maintain the security and resilience of components according to specifications
- Discover and evaluate opportunities for ongoing improvements in delivery and design
