Requirements
Must:
- Proven technical and business process experience in guiding the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in client settings.
- Extensive knowledge of HR Case Management, Employee Center ProPortal, and Lifecycle Events.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow Studio, Scoped Applications, and UpdateSets.
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HR Certifications.
- Understanding of technical components such as LDAP, SAML SSO, REST, and SOAP API integrations utilizing these technologies.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow data model, Access Control Lists (ACLs), UI policies, and Flow Designer.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and utilizing tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative HR solutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of ServiceNow applications to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee the integration of various technical components to enhance system capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to Agile practices during project execution and delivery.
