Requirements
Must:
- 8-10 years of professional experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing
- Background in SAP S4 HANA utilities and Fiori
- Proficiency in analyzing, debugging, and troubleshooting OData and web services used in integrations
Responsibilities
- Apply hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing, focusing on the meter-to-cash lifecycle in the utility sector (Electricity & Gas)
- Configure and customize billing master data, including billing schemas and complex rate modeling involving regulated and deregulated tariff structures
- Oversee and manage the entire billing and invoicing workflow, encompassing budget billing, RTP billing, TOU billing, mass batch jobs, exception management, bill simulations, unbilled revenue scenarios, and collective billing
- Utilize SAP ISU Bill Print, including Print Workbench setup and integration with Smart Forms and Adobe Forms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring integration with Device Management and FICA
- Leverage extensive functional and solution expertise to facilitate, design, and develop complex solutions that align with digital transformation goals
- Serve as a functional liaison between business and IT, providing guidance on best practices to stakeholders
