Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Retail support
- Proficient in Oracle Retail Merchandising System
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail Invoice Matching
- Familiarity with Oracle Retail Sales Audit
- Expertise in Oracle Retail Price Management
- Solid background in SQL and PLSQL
- Experience with Databricks and OIC
- Capable of monitoring batch jobs, integrations, and data flows
- Proven ability to ensure swift resolution of system failures
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Oracle retail modules including RMS, RESA, RHIM, and GL
- Supervise batch jobs and manage integrations
- Oversee data flows and address any issues that arise
- Maintain effective communication to ensure prompt troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the team to enhance application performance
