Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree
- Robust understanding of Compensation Plan Designs
- Comprehensive knowledge of cwb plan structures
- Familiarity with compensation processes, steps, and tasks
- Profound insight into compensation roles like Worksheet Managers and Administrators
- Experience with HRMS configuration workbench
- Practical experience with HR Security Profiles, Custom Security, Security Groups, and Organizational Hierarchies
- Proficiency in AME, Approvals, and Fast Formulas (functional understanding)
- Experience with AOL setups including Value Sets, Lookups, UDTs, Concurrent Programs, and Request Groups
- Knowledge of HR Workflows, Mailer setups, and Notifications
- Participation in various testing cycles: Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Payroll Parallel Runs
- Understanding of HR audits, access reviews, and GRC controls
Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation plans in alignment with company goals
- Analyze and optimize cwb plan structures to enhance effectiveness
- Facilitate compensation processes and ensure smooth execution of related tasks
- Oversee and support compensation roles such as Worksheet Managers and Administrators
- Configure and maintain HRMS workbench for optimal functionality
- Manage security profiles, establish custom security measures, and create effective security groups
- Develop and oversee organizational hierarchies to support HR objectives
- Utilize AME and Approvals for streamlined processes while working with Fast Formulas
- Set up and manage AOL configurations including Value Sets and Concurrent Programs
- Oversee HR Workflows and ensure effective Mailer setups and Notifications are in place
- Conduct testing cycles to ensure system integrity and functionality
- Perform HR audits and access reviews to meet compliance and control standards
