Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable discipline.
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automation utilities (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell scripting).
- In-depth knowledge of OpenTelemetry monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, and Splunk.
- Familiarity with high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups and their principles.
- Experience with cloud and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Solid grasp of ITIL, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Zapplets.
Responsibilities
- Automate repetitive tasks related to deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management utilizing tools like Ansible, Jenkins, or equivalents.
- Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base resources for internal support teams.
- Engage in weekend production deployments and provide support as needed.
