Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in L2 Application Support
- Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS)
- Knowledge of Oracle Retail Invoice Matching (RIM)
- Familiarity with Oracle Retail Sales Audit (RSA)
- Expertise in Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM)
- Strong SQL and PLSQL skills
- Experience with Databricks and OIC
- Ability to work on-site in Philadelphia, PA, five days a week
- Flexibility in managing support and shift requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide L2 Application Support for Oracle retail modules
- Monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data workflows
- Ensure timely resolution of any failures or issues
- Collaborate with team members to enhance system performance
- Maintain documentation relating to support operations
