Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field
- Proficient in using Proofpoint Email Security
- Expertise in Data Security Posture Management (DSPM)
- Knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA regulations
Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee DSPM solutions, primarily utilizing Proofpoint DSPM
- Identify and categorize sensitive information, including PII, PHI, financial data, and intellectual property
- Monitor data flows to detect security vulnerabilities such as overexposure, misconfigurations, and unauthorized access
- Conduct assessments to evaluate data-related risks and prioritize corrective actions
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams to uphold data protection policies
- Investigate data security incidents and assist in incident response activities
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
- Create reports and dashboards to illuminate data risk posture for stakeholders
- Continuously enhance data security controls and governance practices
