Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems for automated manufacturing
- Expertise with PLCs, HMIs, and motion control technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting automated machinery
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, ISO standards, and GMP requirements related to medical devices
- Experience in developing technical documentation and supporting equipment validation
- Familiarity with change control processes and root cause analysis techniques
- Excellent communication abilities for collaboration with maintenance teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Create, develop, and execute control systems for automated manufacturing equipment
- Identify and address issues affecting automation performance, downtime, and quality
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and GMP practices for medical devices
- Produce and manage technical documentation for control systems
- Support validation activities and ensure adherence to change control protocols
- Implement innovative technologies while conducting root cause analysis for equipment failures
- Lead efforts to improve the reliability and efficiency of manufacturing processes
- Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams during commissioning and upgrades
