Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a relevant technical discipline.
- Over 5 years of Product Management experience in HPC, cloud, enterprise infrastructure, distributed computing, or closely related fields.
- Profound understanding of HPC architectures, workload scheduling, and cluster management (e.g., PBS Professional, Slurm, LSF, Grid Engine).
- Experience with AI/ML compute workflows utilizing GPU acceleration and/or containerized HPC environments (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Demonstrable ability to lead product lifecycle activities: strategy formulation, roadmap development, requirement gathering, and prioritization.
- Proficient in cross-functional leadership, working with engineering and commercial teams in dynamic settings.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities – capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity.
- Enthusiasm for innovation, Agentic AI, automation frameworks, and upcoming compute technologies such as MCP and graph-based reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the product strategy and roadmap for HPCWorks, emphasizing the integration of Agentic and Autonomous AI within HPC workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, R&D, customer success, and sales teams to create solutions that align with customer requirements and market changes.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends in HPC, AI/ML, EDA, cloud infrastructure, and workload orchestration.
- Oversee go-to-market planning, including strategy for positioning, launch readiness, messaging, pricing strategy, and field support.
- Act as the product ambassador, representing HPCWorks to customers, ecosystem partners, industry analysts, and at pertinent conferences.
- Track performance and user engagement to inform iterative enhancements and drive product expansion.
- Advocate for usability, performance, and scalability across hybrid deployment environments.
