We are looking for individuals with demonstrated experience as a Full Stack Developer or Senior Programmer. A strong proficiency in Angular, .NET, and MVC.NET frameworks is essential, alongside a solid grasp of database architecture, optimization, and management. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines and CI/CD automation is also required. Familiarity with security scanning tools like Qualys and SonarQube, as well as change management through ServiceNow, will be advantageous. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex systems in a production setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are necessary, as is the ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications utilizing Angular, .NET, and MVC.NET frameworks. Your tasks will include building and optimizing scalable database architectures and queries, implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and utilizing security scanning tools such as Qualys and SonarQube to uphold secure coding practices. You will also manage and sustain Dev/QA environments, ensuring they align consistently with production. Providing support for applications in a 24/7 production environment will be part of your responsibilities, which includes troubleshooting and resolving critical issues. You will utilize ServiceNow for change management and deployment tracking, collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, support API integration and third-party tools, and develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented developer who excels in complex systems, takes ownership of code quality, and proactively addresses performance, security, and scalability challenges. Adding to your profile, experience with microservices architecture, familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP), automated testing frameworks (like Selenium, NUnit, xUnit, Jasmine), knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs, performance tuning for high-traffic applications, exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, or Application Insights would be considered assets.
