Requirements
Must:
- Associate or bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in advanced troubleshooting (networking, server/OS, desktop, virtualization)
- Strong understanding of the Windows Server Environment and its roles, including Active Directory, DNS, and Remote Desktop Gateway
- Proficient with cloud-based services such as Office 365, Azure AD, and G Suite
- Knowledge of QoS and Firewall Networking for Call Center operations; experience with Dell SonicWALL Firewall is a plus
- Familiarity with Zoho One Products including Zoho CRM and Zoho Sign
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and effective communication
- Proven track record of taking ownership of tasks and delivering results
Responsibilities
- Deliver application and infrastructure support, including network administration and desktop troubleshooting
- Monitor environments for threats and respond promptly to security alerts according to our standards
- Clearly communicate technical details over the phone, in person, and through written correspondence to staff and management
- Accurately document client interactions and resolution efforts using our internal ticketing system
- Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity when handling client data and systems
- Assist in server management and ensure mission-critical environments are effectively supported
