Requirements
Must:
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the country of employment without needing visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelors Degree in an Engineering field from an accredited institution or 5 years in an industrial maintenance role with at least 2 years in a leadership position
- Experience with continuous improvement techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis (preferred)
- Background in the chemical industry with experience in Process Safety Management (PSM) (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Implement, maintain, and audit Reliability Excellence (RX) and Process Safety Management (PSM) practices
- Develop and maintain operational procedures
- Analyze maintenance and production data to support RX-related enhancement projects
- Lead the site to achieve RX goals and improve the maintenance system
- Review preventive maintenance work for effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Collaborate with the team to identify utility improvement opportunities
- Investigate and resolve reliability and safety issues utilizing ARC methods when required
- Conduct gap assessments to reliability and engineering standards
- Oversee assigned capital and expense projects
- Participate in contractor management programs
- Contribute to assigned Process Safety Management (PSM) elements
